DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders will be delivered by our own transport/transporter only to shipping address indicated by you.

Orders are shipped on business days ONLY (Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysia National Holidays)

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 working days (for in-stock item)/10-14 working days (for pre-order items)
after order verification & credit approval.

Please provide the correct shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a valid phone number otherwise your order will be placed at your front door, at your own risk.

Orders are shipped within West Malaysia only (not including Sabah & Sarawak). We do not ship to PO box address.
